All products come with a standard 12 month warranty period

Products that are sold as "Refurbished" on the listing come with a separate warranty please email us for this specific information at info@digitalbassaudio.co.uk

Claim

To claim under your warranty please provide the following:

Issue: Explanation of issue

​

Order ID: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through or through the email order confirmation

​

Model Number: You can find this in your account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product.

​

Warranty Number: The warranty number can be found on the main body of the product itself. It’s located on a sticker, tag, or printed directly on the product, but never on the packaging. It will look something like SN: FY2642

​

Proof of purchase: Email pictures of receipts, videos, proof of purchase for further evidence on your warranty claim
